摘要:
 传统的机械零件生产企业数据管理多采用人工管理方式,智能化程度低,由于人为因素自身存在不稳定性和误差性,常常导致物料合同明细数据传递和查对时,效率差,准确度低;合同进度信息不能及时了解,导致发货延误,造成库存物资积压,甚至违约;以及由于产品报价阶段分散、报价价格灵活多变,不能提出合理的报价竞标等.针对所面临的问题,结合企业运营管理需求,对企业日常产品数据管理模式进行了梳理分析,设计了集成的企业数据库管理模式,将企业日常生产运营管理与计算机紧密结合,并对该模式在实际企业管理中进行了测试,以达到预期开发目的.测试结果表明,所提出的管理模式不仅有效提高了企业管理效率,而且更加精确化、准确化地解决了企业管理上的难题,有助于企业智能化数据管理的实现和企业对市场应变能力的增强.
Abstract:
 Traditional mechanical parts production enterprises manage the contract data by using manual way with low intelligent level.Because of the instability and the error of man-made factors,poor efficiency and low accuracy are originated from the mistakes in transferring and checking material contract detail data.The contract schedule information cannot be known in time so that delivery delay has been occurred to cause the inventory backlog,or even default.Because of the product quotation phase dispersed and price flexibility,reasonable bids cannot be put forward.Aiming at the problems facing,combined with the enterprise operation management requirements,analysis on the daily management mode of the enterprise product data have been conducted and the integrated enterprise management mode has been designed,which makes the perfect combination of the enterprise daily production operation management with computer.Tests of this model in the practical enterprise management have been conducted to achieve the desired development purposes.The test situations show that the designed mode not only has improved the efficiency of enterprise management,but also as a more accurate,precise way solves the problem of enterprise management for achievement of intelligent enterprise data management and improvement of the market strain capacity and work efficiency.
