摘要:
随着 IP 语音(voice over IP,VoIP) 的快速发展,其低通话成本、低建设成本、易扩充以及优良通话质量等优点迅速普及。 该文重点研究 IP 语音在多级值班系统的应用,针对值班系统纵向呈树型和值班人员横向不固定的使用场景,采用IP 语音多层级中心化调度设计,各大单位分别部署语音服务器,支撑本级及所属单位访问,各层级间利用单点身份认证和多级数据同步技术,灵活匹配用户、值班系统和 IP 语音终端,实现基于树型多级中心的用户随遇接入和身份自动识别;同时运用语音识别技术,详细设计话音数据订阅、推送协议和语音识别服务交互协议,重点解决值班过程中点对点通话或小组专项会议时,重要话音的实时转写记录,极大方便用户使用和系统管理,提高值班系统智能化水平。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of Voice over IP ( VoIP) , its advantages such as low call cost, low construction cost, easy expansion and excellent call quality are spreading rapidly. Then we focus on the application of VoIP in multi-level duty system. In view of the vertical tree type of the duty system and the staff on duty are not fixed horizontally,the multi-level centralized scheduling design of VoIP is adopted. Each major unit deploys the voice server to support the level and its single bit access. The single point identity authentication and multi - level data synchronization technology are used to flexibly match users. At the same time, the voice recognition technology is used to design the voice data subscription,push protocol and voice recognition service interaction protocol in detail,focusingon solving the real - time transcription record of important voice during point - to - point call or group special meeting, which greatly facilitates users’ use and system management and improves the intelligence level of the on-duty system.
