摘要:: 越来越多的 MRO 工业品供应商意识到 MRO 采购与服务信息化的重要性,纷纷开始选择开发运营管理平台系统,因此 MRO 运营管理平台系统的构建日益得到行业用户的重视。针对 MRO 产品经销商的销售与行业特点,通过深入调研现有的几大 MRO 工业品电商运营模式,结合企业实际现状,与现有 ERP 系统互补,采用 MVC 模式为 MRO 销售企业的线上销售平台开发构建一套基于服务推荐的 MRO 运营管理平台系统。平台系统的主要功能模块涉及订单、结算、库存、销售、产品、客户及权限七个方面,在此基础上,将推荐算法融入平台系统的开发当中,使得 MRO 运营管理平台系统能够依据行为推荐算法向选购不同商品的客户进行相关的 MRO 工业品的推荐。实践证明,系统通过完整的设计、实施、测试步骤后,能够满足企业的个性化需求,具有可扩展性与可维护性,能够与客户实现良好的交互,部署到 Web 服务器即可应用。

Abstract:: More and more suppliers of MRO industrial products are aware of the importance of MRO procurement and serviceinformation,and have begun to choose to develop operation management platform system. So the construction of MRO operationmanagement platform system has been paid more and more attention by industry users. According to the sales and industry characteristics of MRO product distributors, through in-depth investigation of several existing e-commerce operation modes of MRO industrialproducts,combined with the actual situation of enterprises,and complementary with the existing ERP system,the MVC mode is adoptedto develop an MRO operation management platform system based on service recommendation for? the online sales platform of MRO salesenterprises. The main functional modules of the platform system involve seven aspects: order, settlement, inventory, sales, products,customers and authority.? On this basis,the recommendation algorithm is integrated into the development of the platform system,then theMRO operation management platform system can recommend related MRO industrial products to customers who buy different productsaccording to the behavior recommendation algorithm. Practice has proved that the system can meet the individual needs of enterprisesafter complete design,implementation and testing steps,with scalability and maintainability,can realize good interaction with customers,and can be applied after being deployed to a Web server.
