摘要:
矿业是中国的传统产业的重要支撑部分,智能化是矿业发展的必由之路。 矿山安全规程对矿山重点物资如爆破器材等的运输管理提出严格要求,矿山重点物资如爆破器材等的运输管理包含运输速度、安全位置、停留状态等,依赖工作人员已不能完全满足安全管理要求。 该文构建了一种基于 Zigbee 无线网络传输技术的矿山重点物资运输管理系统,利用 Zigbee 无线网络传输技术的高可靠性、低延迟、网络大容量、强抗干扰能力、低功耗等优点以满足矿用系统的特殊性能要求,实时监控物资的运行状态和位置,出现意外情况时,系统可向管理人员发出报警,将安全隐患及时消灭在萌芽状态,是安全生产智能化管理理念的体现,也是帮助矿山企业解决现实难题的有效手段。
Abstract:
Mining industry is an important part of China’s traditional industry,and intelligence is the only way for the development ofmining industry. Mine safety regulations put forward strict requirements for the transportation management of mine key materials. Thetransportation management of mine key materials,such as blasting materials, includes transportation speed,safe location,stay status and soon,and relying on the staff can not fully meet the requirements of safety management. We construct a mine key material transportationmanagement system based on Zigbee wireless network transmission technology,which uses the advantages of Zigbee wireless networktransmission technology,such as high reliability,low delay,large network capacity,strong anti-interference ability and low power consumption,to meet the special performance requirements of mining system. The system can monitor the operation status and location ofmaterials in real time. In case of accidents,the system can send an alarm to the management personnel to eliminate the potential safetyhazards in the bud. It is the embodiment of the intelligent management concept of safety production,and is also an effective means to helpmining enterprises solve practical problems.
