摘要:
在移动群智感知中,恶意感知用户可能在数据传输过程中丢弃或篡改数据,并通过共谋窃取部分数据切片导致信息泄露。 针对此问题,提出一种基于用户信任的加权秘密共享隐私保护方案(Weighted Trust-Based Secret Sharing Privacy Protection,WTBSPP)。 首先,从感知用户间的社交关联关系和数据质量两个维度进行用户信任计算,并据此选择可信协作用户构建安全传输路径进行数据传输;其次,采用加权秘密共享技术分发数据份额以隐藏原始数据,依据信任值计算权重贡献,确保原始数据在低权重用户处无法成功聚合;再次,感知用户使用不同身份将数据上传给感知平台完成交互,保护数据与感知用户身份之间的关联性;最后,通过理论分析和实验验证,证明 WTBSPP 方案完成感知任务时的可行性和有效性,可以有效保护感知数据的信息安全。
Abstract:
In mobile crowdsensing,malicious perception users may discard or tamper with data during data transmission,and collude to steal some data slices, leading to information leakage. A weighted secret sharing privacy protection scheme based on user trust (WTBSPP) is proposed to address this issue. Firstly,user trust is calculated from two dimensions:perceived social relationships between users and data quality,and based on this,the trusted collaborative users are selected to construct a secure transmission path for data trans-mission. Secondly,weighted secret sharing technology is used to distribute data shares to hide the original data,and weight contributions are calculated based on trust values to ensure that the original data cannot be successfully aggregated at low weight users. Thirdly,perception users use different identities to upload data to the perception platform for interaction, protecting the correlation between data and perception user identities. Finally,through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,it is demonstrated that the WTBSPP scheme is feasible and effective in completing perception tasks,which can effectively protect the information security of perception data.
