摘要:
近年来,随着智能电网的深化建设,配电网系统迫切需要更精准的切负荷策略来维护电网最后一道安全屏障,保证负荷用电可靠性。 在精准切负荷策略方面,经济与公平性是切负荷过程需考虑的重要指标,现阶段切负荷工程实践和理论研究主要是对用户的可切负荷按照最小控制误差原则或者经济最低损耗原则,利用粒子群等优化算法进行切除,其策略单一。 该文引入公平性构建罚函数为切负荷目标,提出基于正态分布调节粒子群参数的电力切负荷算法。 采用江西省某市供电真实负荷数据对日负荷曲线、被切次数进行仿真验证。 仿真结果显示,改进的粒子群算法在收敛速度、收敛结果上优于粒子群优化算法、线性递减权重改进的粒子群优化算法和惯性权重改进的粒子群优化算法,提高了求解切负荷优化问题的效率,实现了精准、快捷的切负荷。
Abstract:
In recent years,with the deepening construction of smart grids,the distribution network system urgently needs more precise load shedding strategies to maintain the last safety of the power grid,as well as ensure the reliability. Considering the precise load shedding strategies,economy and fairness are two important indicator. At present,according to the principle of minimum control error or economic minimum loss,most load shedding strategies focused on the user’s switchable load and employed particle swarm algorithm to improve the performance,where the consideration is too single. We consider the fairness and construct a penalty function,propose a fast load shedding algorithm based on normal distribution adjustment of particle swarm. Using real load data from a certain city in Jiangxi Province,we evaluate the algorithm performance from aspects of daily load curve and number of load shedding. The simulation results reveal that the proposed improved particle swarm algorithm outperformed PSO,IPSO and RPSO in terms of convergence speed and convergence results,which improves the efficiency of load shedding algorithm and achieves precise and fast load shedding.
