在多属性云服务选择问题中,直觉模糊数在处理不确定性和模糊性信息时,具有更好的鲁棒性,更贴近人类决策中的模糊思维,因此得到了广泛应用。ELECTRE方法是通过比较方案之间的优劣关系,构建优势关系矩阵,选出最优方案。由于直觉模糊数不能直接进行比较,因此很少有研究使用ELECTRE方法来解决具有直觉模糊信息的云服务选择问题。为此,基于直觉模糊数的物理特性,该文提出一种改进的ELECTRE选择方法,使得改进的ELECTRE方法能够更好地处理具有直觉模糊信息的云服务选择问题。首先,应用直觉模糊理论将云服务的服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)统一转化为直觉模糊数,用层次分析法计算QoS权重;其次,根据直觉模糊数的物理特性,分别构造隶属度和非隶属度的一致性和矛盾性指标函数,并融合隶属度和非隶属度的赋值结果,依此构建具有定量特征的级别优先关系从而进行排序,实现了基于QoS的直觉模糊ELECTRE云服务选择;最后,通过实例应用验证了该方法的有效性和科学性。

In the multi-attribute cloud service selection problem,the intuitionistic fuzzy number has better robustness and is closer to the fuzzy in human decision-making when dealing with uncertain and fuzzy information,so it is widely used. The ELECTRE method constructs the advantage relation matrix by comparing the superiority and inferior relationship between schemes,and selects the optimal scheme. Because the intuitionistic fuzzy number cannot be directly compared,there are few studies using the ELECTRE method to solve the cloud service problem with intuitionistic fuzzy information. For this purpose,we propose an improved ELECTRE selection method based on the physical characteristics of the intuitionistic fuzzy number,so that the ELECTRE method can better deal with the cloud service selection problem with intuitionistic fuzzy information. Firstly,the intuitionistic fuzzy theory is applied to unify the cloud service quality (oS) into the intuitionistic fuzzy number,and the QoS weight is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process. Secondly,the consistency and contradiction index function of membership and non-hip are constructed according to the physical characteristics of the intu-itionistic fuzzy number,and the evaluation results of membership and non-membership are fused,and the priority relationship with quantitative characteristics is constructed for ranking,and the intuitionistic fuzzy Electre cloud service selection based on QoS is realized.Finally,the effectiveness and scientificity of the proposed method are verified through practical applications.
